What we do

Two kinds of support, one idea of health

Being well means getting the help you're entitled to — and the inner clarity to thrive. We do both, side by side.

Accessibility Support

Disability cards, benefits & accessible living

Proving your status and unlocking the accommodations you're entitled to shouldn't feel like a maze. We translate the process into plain steps and stay with you through it.

  • Disability ID Card application — eligibility, documents, submission
  • Benefits & accommodations guidance (travel, parking, daily life)
  • What to do if you're denied — appeals & renewals

Questions

Good to know before you reach out

Can't find your answer? Call us — a real person picks up.

What exactly does Junk-Free Vegas help with?

Two things, both about your health. First, accessibility support — guidance applying for and using a Disability ID Card, understanding benefits, and accessible living. Second, Mind & Self — practical, evidence-based self-awareness and emotional-wellbeing practices.

Do I have to pay for the first conversation?

No. Your first 20-minute call is free. We listen to your situation and map the clearest path before you commit to anything.

Can you actually help me get a disability card?

We can't issue the card, but we guide you through the entire application — eligibility, the right documents, submission, and appeals if you're denied. Most people we support are approved on their first submission.

Is the wellbeing coaching the same as therapy?

No. Our Mind & Self practices are coaching and education focused on self-awareness, mindfulness, and daily habits. They complement, but don't replace, clinical mental-health care.

Do I need to be in Las Vegas?

Our home is Las Vegas and we love meeting locally, but most of our guidance and coaching also works perfectly well over video and phone.

Let's make your next step the easy one.

Book a free 20-minute call. We'll listen, and map the clearest path — whether that's a disability card or a calmer mind.
